The requirements on the appearance surface are extremely high, and spots and gate marks are not allowed on the appearance surface, and defects such as shrinkage depressions, weld marks, and flash are not allowed.
The plastic parts are electroplated parts, which have strict light distribution requirements, and the exterior surface is plated with aluminum. The design of the demoulding slope of the exterior surface should be reasonable, and generally at least 5° must be guaranteed.
The shape of the plastic part is complex, the surface finish is high, there is no undercut on the inside and outside of the plastic part, no sideways core pulling is required, and the plastic part is a left and right mirror image.

Application of Lamp Mould
Lamp moulds are tools used in the manufacturing process to shape various types of lamps. They are typically made from materials like steel or aluminum and are designed with high precision to ensure the accurate replication of the lamp's shape.
Production Process of Lamp Mould
Design & mold making: A virtual model of the lamp part is created using cad software. This model is used to produce a high-precision mold, usually from steel or aluminum, with a core and cavity that define the final part's shape.
Material preparation: Appropriate thermoplastic resins, such as polycarbonate (PC) for its clarity and durability, are chosen based on the lamp's requirements.
Molding machine setup: The prepared plastic is fed into the barrel of an injection molding machine, where it's heated and melted to a molten state.
Injection: The molten plastic is then injected under high pressure into the closed mold, filling the cavity and taking the precise shape of the lamp part.
Cooling & solidification: The plastic is allowed to cool and harden within the mold, which can be a controlled process to achieve specific part properties.
Ejection: Once the plastic is solid, the mold opens, and the newly formed auto lamp component is automatically ejected from the mold.
