The console plastic mould has two big sliders for the product two sides to knockout and sliders or elastic blocks according to structure and position for the two ends to release. Better to use ejector blocks for ejection with partial positions delayed to eject by ejector pins. All slider jibs and wear plates should be made of copper-graphite and to add up guiding plate between two big sliders.
As in the console mould the two big sliders contact large area of part surface, and the sliders and inserts will get heated during production, which results in shiny marks. Thus an even cooling for the sliders and inserts is required.
Plastic console mould
