For the design team, apart from normal positions, there are expert people for CAE/mold flow analysis and automotive design for interiors & exteriors. So sometimes even when one vehicle model is at its design phase, we may be asked for assistance by auto companies. Before mold order is placed we always have provided CAE analysis including mold flow analysis and product construction optimization report to ensure part performs well at molding, draft and assembly.
For the locksmith part, we divide them into several groups and 3~5 people each, Among whom there should be senior, medium and apprentice. Before going on duty, all newly recruited mould mechanics will be well trained following with company standard operation manual and pass the exams, which is to make sure company’s quality standard can be strictly implemented and utilized.
