Mold Design and Manufacturing
For the lamp components to have the appropriate shape, size, and surface polish, precise mold design is essential.
High-precision molds are made using advanced manufacturing processes including electrical discharge machining (EDM) and CNC machining.
We have 5 axe high speed milling machines like Okuma Japan, Queckjet Taiwan, also hs milling machines like Makino and Toshiba, making surface up to Ra 0.03 μm.
Material Selection and Processing
The material selection is crucial since it affects the finished product's optical and physical characteristics. Acryliconitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), polypropylene (PP), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polyamide 6 (PA6) are examples of common materials.
For the material to melt and inject into the mold uniformly, regulated processing is required.

For constant mold filling and part quality, the injection molding machine needs to be able to precisely control temperature, pressure, and time.
To reduce errors and increase efficiency, process variables including injection speed, pressure, and time, as well as mold temperature, need to be carefully adjusted. We are equiped with large tonnage multiple injection molding machines with horizontal turntable and rotary ones for trials of headlight injection moulds.
Cooling and Ejection
For the injected material to harden rapidly and to obtain the required part dimensions and qualities, the mold must be effectively cooled.
To avoid damage or deformation, the molded object must be ejected from the mold smoothly and consistently.
