1. For some high-viscosity plastics (their fluidity is poor) and crystalline plastics, such as PC, PETP,
PPO, etc., often maintains the mold temperature high during molding. During the injection molding process, if these plastics rely solely on the heat released when the melt solidifies to maintain their mold temperature, theoretical analysis and practice have shown that it is impossible to achieve. Therefore, when designing injection molds for molding such plastics, it is absolutely necessary to consider their heating.
2. For large injection molds, in order to make the size and performance of the products uniform, ensure the quality of the products, and produce qualified products, the mold processing must be preheated to a suitable temperature before starting.
3. In the design of hot runner injection mold processing, in order to keep the plastic mold processing melt in its runner always in a molten state, the heating of the runner plate and the corresponding temperature control must also be considered.
