(2) Specific requirements for injection mold maintenance: when replacing mold parts, ensure that the quality of the parts to be replaced is qualified; Each part should be assembled; When the mold insert is assembled, confirm that the mating gap is qualified; Avoid curling, scratches, dents, residues, defects, rust, etc. on the surface of parts, if there are parts that need to be replaced, communicate and confirm with the mold design department in time, and pay attention to maintaining the stretch and tension balance of each component before and after disassembling the mold; If parts need to be replaced, they need to be replaced in time.
