This is a door panel tooling made for Ford Equator tail gate, which is a lightweight solution that for the door panel the material of P/E-I-TD30 replaces part of sheet metal as plastic covering trim. This technology has reached level of TRL9 and by which the product weight decreases by 62% resulting in fuel consumption per hundred kilometers saved by 0.5L.

Advantages of Lightweight Solution
