Hotrunner： A hot runner system is an assembly of heating components for plastic injection molds that conveys molten plastics from the machine nozzles into the cavities of the molds helping parts well shaped there. Even when we receive auto part 3d data we start doing moldflow analysis assisted by those hotrunner suppliers. Brands like Synventive, Moldmasters, HRS, Yudo are what we recommend which is very import bumper mould kit.

Standard Parts: Punch, DME, Misumi-vona, Jinhong are good and we will prepare 15% spare parts for customer along with the mould handover for free.

Etching: Characters for product information like ID name, tracking number, logo, material and patterns for part surface to be processed as various types of textures or called graining that are all need etching. Several names are like Mold-Tech, Tanazawa Hakkosha, Yick Sang, Hansung, Tenabe or customer designated to cooperate.

Hydraulic-Cylinder: It’s a mechanical actuator used to provide unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke to help the mould ejecting.
