Extrusion blow molding
The screw rotates, the plastic raw material is filled into the waiting chamber to full load, through the screw with the use of external heater 6, after the feeding mixing is carried out, the softened and molten plastic is extruded into a hollow tube while it is hot, and the hanging tube body will be clamped into the pre-designed hollow mold, and the high-pressure air will blow the softened plastic to the inner wall of the mold, and finally remove the excess part of the bottle mouth from the outside of the mold.
Injection blow molding
This part is very similar to ordinary injection molding, the hot embryo (uncooled) is first done, and then the initial embryo is blown into the shape of the inner wall of the mold through high-pressure hot air. The advantage of using preforms is that these can be injected and stored, producing different colors and sizes, which may be different in places and where there will be blows. The preform is stable and can be blown at high speed according to the required demand.
Injection pulling embryo blow molding
This method is very similar to injection blow molding, except that it goes through a process of drawing the embryo before blowing out the molding. This process can get up to 10 cm container, but not too close to the tolerance.
