1. The extruder melts the plastic raw materials and forms the melt conveyed to the head into a tubular blank.
2. After the parison is transmitted to the set length, the clamping mechanism closes the blow molding mold and sandwiches the plastic billet between two halves of the mold.
3. Inject compressed air into the plastic blank through the blowing hole, and blow the billet to make it fit close to the mold cavity.
4. Molding and waiting for cooling and setting.
5. Open the mold and take out the cooled products.
6. Modify the products, and recycle the side scrap for reuse.
